Welcome to TRAVELVJ!
TravelVj is the name of the web portal which can be accessed at www.travelvj.com. Here you will find a few conditions that regulate the access at the portal. These Terms of Use represent the complete and exclusive undertending and agreement between TravelVj and the users regarding the access and the use of the portal.
1. TravelVj embed selected videos from indipendent web sites using the embedding code that is freely available. We have no special agreements with the the web sites we link to. At the moment we don't host any videos in our servers.
2. We organize the videos by our criteria in order to assure the best experience to our users. We might change the original title and/or the description of the video in order to make it fit better to our content organization.
3. The intellectual property of the videos we embed remain of the respective owners. We don't have any rights on these videos unless specified.
4. If you notice any copyright infringments please report to us and we will provide to remove the videos once we have evidence of that.
5. TravelVj is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the portal such as viruses, worms, trojan horses, attacks, hacking, crackering, technolgical damages, physical harms, loss of data, loss of profits, etc. We do our best to keep the portal safe but you must be aware that you use the portal at your own risk. In no event shall TravelVj be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential. exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
6. All opinions in the web site can't be assumed as our personal advice or reccomendation. We're not responsible for the opinions and the positions assumed by the contets we don't own the rights. TravelVj is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the portal. No information you adquire from TravelVj wheter oral or written shall create any warranty.
7. We own the copyrights of our Logos, Trademarks, Layout, Graphic, Navigation System, Batabase, Templates, Link Selections and any intellectual products made by our work.This portal can't be reproduced by any users in any circumstance.
8. We do our best to keep the portal uninterruptedly available for access by users, but we can't be responsible for any interrumption due to causes out of our control or to periodically portal maintenance.
9. You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, minors cannot use the portal.

11. These Terms of Use are regulated by the Italian law. For any controversy that can't be solved in a friendly way the parts agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian Court of Vibo Valentia.
